Where do you ship from?

U.S. orders will be shipped from Canada with duties and tariffs prepaid, and will include tracking. International orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped from India via India Post International, but please note that tracking is not available for these shipments

When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is always listed in the announcement banner at the top of our website.Generally, orders take 2-3 weeks to process and it may vary during the sale.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

Delivery times typically range from 10 days to 4-5 weeks, depending on the destination. If it takes longer than that please contact us. Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Can Orders Be Combined for Shipping?

Yes, we can combine shipping if your initial order has not yet shipped. If you place an additional order, we will merge them and refund any excess shipping costs for a single shipment.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs, or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
